Artwork Guidelines
Follow these guidelines so your print comes out exactly as you imagined.
File setup
- Accepted formats: PDF (preferred), AI, PSD, CDR, EPS, TIFF, JPG, PNG
- Colour mode: CMYK. RGB files are converted and colours may shift
- Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size (150 DPI is fine for large banners)
- Outline or embed all fonts
Bleed and safe area
- Add 3 mm bleed on every edge for cards, flyers and brochures
- Keep text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim line
- For banners, keep important content 2 inches from the edges if eyelets are added
Text
- Minimum 6 pt for dark text on light backgrounds
- Minimum 8 pt for white text on dark backgrounds
